Job Description The Site Supervisor of Before & After School Program at Boys & Girls Clubs of America leads daily operations for a school-based Club site serving youth during critical out-of-school hours. This role supervises staff and volunteers, ensures a safe and inclusive environment, and delivers BGCA-aligned programming in academic support, healthy lifestyles, and character development. The Supervisor partners with schools and families, monitors attendance and behavior, maintains compliance with safety and licensing standards, and supports data tracking, reporting, and special events to drive positive youth outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee daily before and after school program operations at assigned Club site Supervise, schedule, and support youth development staff and volunteers Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all members Implement BGCA curricula focused on academic support, health, and character development Engage families, school partners, and community stakeholders Monitor youth attendance, behavior, and program participation Maintain compliance with organizational policies, licensing, and safety standards Collect data and prepare basic reports on outcomes and attendance Coordinate snack, supplies, and room setup/cleanup Assist with special events, field trips, and Club-wide initiatives Required Skills Youth program management Staff supervision Classroom and group management Child safety and safeguarding Out-of-school time (OST) programming Behavior management strategies Program scheduling and coordination Data tracking and basic reporting Family and school communication Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
