Vehicle and Phone Stipends Responsibilities:

The primary estimating function of the Estimator/Project Manager is to prepare competitive estimates for assigned projects. As Project Manager, the role is to plan, monitor, and control project performance to deliver a safe, quality project on schedule and within budget.

Work Environment:

This position involves approximately 70% office-based work and 30% fieldwork. Candidates should be comfortable balancing administrative and planning responsibilities with on-site visits and ensuring project execution aligns with plans and safety standards. The position can be based at the company's offices in Egg Harbor Township, Hamilton, or Clermont, New Jersey.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of Estimating/Project Management experience Marine Construction experience preferred. BS degree in a related field, preferably Civil Engineering/Construction Management. Conditions of Employment Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and background check.
