Our client, a leading Mechanical and Construction company in New Jersey is looking for an Construction (MEP) Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate should have MEP experience as well as be a self-motivated individual who is able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

Work with the client and Construction Coordinator to schedule each construction task identifying durations and manpower levels. Ensures observance of the project specifications and carries out the work in accordance with planned time and costs. Assure contractual commitments to customers are met and the department achieves the highest standards of quality. Assure job is completed at or below budget as well as at or before scheduled completion date. Knowledge of reading plans, heat pumps, air conditioning basic pipe fitting, lay out and duct installation

Qualifications:

Have extensive MEP knowledge Project management training and/or aptitude. Experience with Microsoft Office including

Excel, Word, Exchange Compensation:

Commensurate with experience,

Benefits Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
