Construction Administrative Coordinator

Job Description

If you're a sharp, organized Construction Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and keeps operations running smoothly — we want to talk to you. We're currently hiring an administrative coordinator to support projects, crews, vendors, and deadlines, and we're looking for a reliable professional who can keep the backend tight while supporting field and office operations. What You'll Be Doing You'll handle a mix of administrative, scheduling, and project support tasks that keep the company moving. You'll work closely with leadership and field supervisors to ensure communication is clear, documents are accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. Administrative Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, document prep, and filing Organizing job files, contracts, permits, purchase orders, and compliance documents Coordinate & Communicate schedules for crews, subcontractors, vendors inspections, and deliveries Track timesheets, job costs, material orders, and other project-related records Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting notes Assist with onboarding paperwork, safety documentation, and internal company forms Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience in construction administration, office management, or a similar administrative role Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Comfort working with project documents, spreadsheets, and basic construction terminology High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to support a busy team while staying calm and solutions-focused
Pay Range:
$25.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
