30-Hour Construction Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Site Support AssistantJob Overview Mulvey Custom Contracting is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Site Support Assistant . This position works closely with the Site Support Manager to help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites across multiple residential construction projects. The Site Support Assistant plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring projects remain protected, materials are organized, and job sites are maintained to the highest standards throughout all phases of construction. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a variety of construction environments. ResponsibilitiesJob Site Maintenance & Cleanup Perform daily job site cleanup and debris removal. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout all phases of construction. Ensure project exteriors and surrounding work areas remain neat, professional, and free of hazards. Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas in compliance with company safety standards. Site Protection Install and maintain protective coverings, including: Floor protection Cabinetry protection Appliance protection Fixture and accessory protection Monitor and replace protective materials as needed to maintain project quality. Material Handling & Logistics Pick up, transport, unload, and organize materials and supplies. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. Maintain inventory of site supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and secured. Field Support Assist carpenters, project managers, and field personnel with general labor tasks. Assemble accessories, fixtures, and project components by following manufacturer instructions. Support project setup, site preparation, and punch-list activities as needed. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Equipment & Safety Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment and report maintenance needs. Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times. Promote a safe work environment through proper housekeeping and hazard awareness. Work Environment This position requires working in a variety of construction environments, including: Residential renovation and construction sites Roofs Crawl spaces Attics Ladders Scaffolding Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Travel between multiple job sites throughout the day is required. Required Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Mulvey Custom Contracting does not sponsor employment visas for this position. OSHA 30 Certification. Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Ability to read and follow directions and assembly instructions. Experience using hand tools and electrical power tools. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
