We are looking for fun & motivated individuals to join our team! Specifically looking for a FOH/Barista member. Availability Not a summer job, must be looking to work some what long term Must be available weekends Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Be the face of the Chashni brand to our customers offering awesome service and a friendly attitude as we help people start and get through their day! Educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items. Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) Make specialty coffee drinks and chai Prepare beverages following recipes Prepare sweets such as waffles and shakes Maintain stock of FOH Comply with health and safety regulations Helping FOH prep at the end of the day & beginning of shifts Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Experience Hands-on experience with brewing equipment moderate barista experience Be able to multi task Work with sense of urgency and cleanliness Flexibility to work various shifts Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills
