Years of Related Public Sector Experience Position Overview:

An experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Read and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate project execution
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project coordination
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in construction documents reading and interpretation
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Experience with construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling
• Previous experience in construction site management is preferred
• Higher Certification and/or Certifications in Underground Utilities, Water/Wastewater Plants, or Building Construction is a plus

Pay:

$90,000.00

• $115,000.
