We specialize in custom concrete (gunite/shotcrete) swimming pools and splash pads Serving Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and surrounding New Jersey counties. Qualifications Swimming pool construction experience is required Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Ability to manage and lead field crews and work aside them Strong knowledge of pool construction, plumbing, electrical, steel, gunite, tile, coping, plaster, and equipment installation Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Assign work and keeps jobs moving efficiently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong mechanical aptitude Able to operate power tools safely Take ownership of quality, safety and customer satisfaction Responsibilities Oversee swimming pool construction projects from start to finish Manage field crews and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily job activities Maintain quality control and company standards Communicate progress with the office and clients Solve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently Inspect workmanship throughout the day Solves problems without waiting for owner Keeps trucks organized and ensure jobs are prepared Communicate professionally with homeowners Take ownership of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Why Join Our Team?
