DMV, and NJ. Job Description Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project timelines. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any on-site challenges. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables. Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a productive work environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent (Marine / Heavy Civil) should have: Strong experience in marine and heavy civil construction projects. Knowledge of construction project management and scheduling software. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges.
