Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both direct care staff and residents, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-maintained living environment. You'll receive fully paid, hands-on training—including CPR, First Aid, and all NJ State licensing requirements.

Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Full-Time Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide direct care staff to ensure quality care and compliance with all protocols. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents with developmental disabilities. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the home environment. Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere that encourages resident engagement and well-being. Qualifications Valid (non-probationary) NJ or NY driver's license (driving is required). High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year direct care experience. Supervisory experience preferred (1 year).
