Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Crystal Bay, NV, for a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include managing on-site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring project progress, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring quality control at all stages of construction. The role requires excellent communication to liaise with project stakeholders, staff, and clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Project Management, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing construction phases Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction compliance requirements Technical skills in construction planning, logistics, and cost management Proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting specifications, and ensuring adherence to project plans Effective leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site teams and resolve challenges in real-time Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers Proficiency with construction management tools and software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in projects within hospitality, retail, or medical sectors is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines and attention to detail
