This position will work closely with the General Foreman and serve as a key liaison between our Las Vegas field operations and Chino, CA administrative support team. The Construction Coordinator will work in both office and field environments and will assist with daily operational coordination, documentation, scheduling, customer communication, and field preparation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to effectively communicate with field personnel, customers, and administrative teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist the General Foreman with daily operational and administrative activities. Serve as a liaison between Las Vegas field operations and the Chino office. Upload and maintain project documents, records, and photographs in Quickbase. Initiate and coordinate DigAlert requests and associated documentation. Identify and mark proposed excavation areas as required for DigAlert coordination. Travel to project locations to obtain pre-construction and pre-field photographs. Coordinate site access and assist with customer notifications. Assist with payroll documentation, timekeeping, and related administrative functions. Provide basic troubleshooting support for company-issued phones, iPads, and other mobile technology. Assist the General Foreman with crew and project scheduling. Purchase, organize, and maintain office and operational supplies. Maintain accurate project files, records, photographs, and supporting documentation. Assist with general yard organization, coordination, and operational duties. Communicate effectively with field leadership, crews, customers, and administrative personnel. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of NV Energy operations. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to operate a company-provided pickup truck throughout the service territory. Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize company software and technology platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time-management skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with field personnel, management, customers, and office staff. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing field and operational requirements. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with field leadership. Willingness and ability to work in both office and active field/construction environments. Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week, including additional hours as operational needs require. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction, utility, electrical, or field operations. Previous experience supporting construction supervision, General Foremen, Superintendents, or project management personnel. Experience with Quickbase or similar construction/project management software. Familiarity with DigAlert/811 processes and utility excavation coordination. Experience with payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, or construction documentation. Familiarity with utility construction terminology, field documentation, and customer coordination. Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting both field and office operations. Pay:
