A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
to include but not limited to:- Job site inspections to gather detailed information in order to provide accurate estimate to clients following appropriate company protocols.
- Schedule and oversee job sites to include employees, contractors for effectiveness and timely completion
- Communicate and provide updates to administration departments regarding ongoing jobs
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive residential and commercial construction project management experience Strong Xactimate estimating experience Insurance industry experience Previous experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsJob Type:
