We're looking for a strong, hands-on field leader who knows how to run a job, lead crews, maintain schedules, and get projects across the finish line. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day electrical field operations Manage, mentor, and develop field crews Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Drive scheduling, productivity, quality, and job-site safety Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and applicable codes Qualifications Strong electrical construction field leadership experience Experience supervising large electrical crews Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building codes Commercial, mission-critical, data center, or large-project experience preferred Journeyman-level electrical experience strongly preferred OSHA 30 preferred If you know how to lead from the field and get the job done right, we want to hear from you.
