On-site; extended hours may be required during major concrete placements and critical project phases Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Parking Structure Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects, with a primary focus on parking structures, tilt-up construction, and heavy structural concrete . Working closely with the Senior Superintendent, Project Management Team, trade partners, and design-build contractors, the Superintendent will oversee field execution, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, contract documents, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead daily field operations for cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned parking structures, tilt-up panels, and structural systems . Coordinate concrete placements, sequencing, site logistics, access, and daily work activities. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, crews, and trade partners to maintain project schedules and productivity. Review drawings, specifications, and approved submittals to ensure work is executed correctly. Identify constructability issues and work with project teams to develop effective solutions. Develop and coordinate daily and weekly work plans and provide regular progress updates. Support look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and critical-path activities. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule, and scope compliance . Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements, conduct safety meetings, and immediately address unsafe conditions. Monitor reinforcing steel, embeds, post-tensioning, concrete placement, and finishes. Ensure compliance with inspection and testing requirements. Maintain accurate field reports, project documentation, and daily records. Qualifications & Experience 7-10+ years of superintendent or field supervision experience. Proven experience with parking structures, tilt-up construction, and heavy structural concrete . Strong experience leading crews and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects. Resort or large multi-level structure experience preferred. Experience working with an Owner's Representative preferred. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and field coordination. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Nevada construction market and inspection experience preferred. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction technology preferred. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with project teams and business partners. Required Certifications OSHA 30 certification required Valid driver's license required Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site field position in an active construction environment. The role involves working both indoors and outdoors and may include exposure to construction equipment, elevated areas, uneven surfaces, dust, noise, varying temperatures, and other typical construction-site conditions.Pay:
