  • Pay Rate:
    $42-48/hour
  • The Senior Field Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all MISTRAS activities on-site.
The Supervisor will develop and implement management, planning, and cost control systems. The position is also ultimately responsible for executing the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project. The Supervisor will provide the client with full customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
  • + Manage project profitability and customer satisfaction + Direct all field team decisions, including but not limited to supplies purchases, weather standby, scope prioritization + Provide timely support of field team needs to limit delays and non-bill cost overruns + Control project cost management + Audit daily time and expense sheets + Audit all field team daily project documentation such as FLHA, DSR, LOTO or confined space permitting etc.
+ Complete a minimum of 4 field audits per working season + Provide leadership, oversight, and management of all MISTRAS activities on customer projects + Maintain a strong relationship with Customer Project Contact to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with overall project + Strong execution of all company and client policies and procedures and ensure compliance + Inform customers of full scope of services + Provide daily reports to client and MISTRAS management on staffing, worksite locations and specific project status + Align and implement site specific policies outside of SOPs in partnership with Human Resources and Operations as needed + Assure field teams are working toward successfully fulfilling the requirements of the TL Scorecard and are being met for the success of the organization + Maintain in-depth knowledge of and execute all MISTRAS policies and procedures + Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contracts, implement requirements, and manage the contract + Maintain a safety conscience work environment + Collaborate with the Project Manager on adequate staffing and resources to ensure project completion + Maintain compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures on the project + Demonstrate strong leadership by being accessible to all employees + Exhibit effective communication with customers
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • + Demonstrated supervisory experience is required + Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills + Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving problems efficiently + Advanced computer proficiency with the ability to compile KPIs, performance metrics, and extract data from large spreadsheets and tracking documents + Skilled in planning daily inspection scopes, developing one- and two-week look-ahead schedules, and forecasting project timelines and completion targets based on defined work scope + Proven commitment to safety with an exceptional safety record + Effective in building cohesive teams and fostering a collaborative work environment + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward goals + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and adaptable to learning database systems + Solid understanding of process equipment and operational workflows + Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and driving informed decisions + Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills •
