Job Description

Skip the "order-taker" phase of your career and start at the strategic center of the construction industry . This role is designed to fast-track your growth into a Project Manager by giving you a front-row seat to the business side of building. You will work directly with senior leadership to learn how to de-risk complex projects, manage high-level stakeholder relationships, and master the art of owner-side representation in a supportive, professional atmosphere. The Journey Ahead Mentorship:
Support Project Managers through all phases of planning, design, and construction.
Field Exposure:
Participate in site visits and maintain observation logs to build your technical field knowledge.
Project Control:
Assist with budgets, schedules, and the tracking of RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
Communication:
Prepare meeting notes and project status updates that provide clarity to our clients.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
Experience:
0-3 years of relevant construction or design experience.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and an interest in mastering MS Project.
Mobility:
Valid NYS driver's license for local site visits.
Pay:
$1.00 per year
