Job Description
Pathfinder Village, a dynamic, open-access residential community for children and adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities, is seeking to fill the following positions in accordance with Pathfinder's mission "that each life may find meaning." The site supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in a day habilitation setting including creating the daily schedule, communicating with families and community partners, implementing purposeful daily activities, and assisting to manage employees. Working under the direct supervision of the Day Hab Coordinator, the site supervisor has the opportunity to create a meaningful environment for individuals to attend day programming.
