Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management software. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Lead, coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting. Conduct daily site inspections and reports to ensure compliance with site safety programs and to ensure the work conforms to the contract documents. Collaborate with project managers to insure project budgets and timelines. Communicate with owners or owners reps Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Superintendent within the construction industry on projects within the $1-15 million range . Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software Familiarity with budgeting processes and pipeline management in construction projects. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
