3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:30
AM Pay:
Up to $25.00/hour + 10% 3rd

Approximately 12 months Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Logistics Technician II - Stockroom to support an aerospace manufacturing operation in East Aurora/Elma, New York . This position is responsible for material handling, inventory control, stockroom operations, receiving, packaging, material delivery, and kit pulling to support production, repair, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of material handling, logistics, warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience , strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A 10% shift differential is provided in addition to the base pay rate. Key Responsibilities Perform daily logistics, material handling, and stockroom operations supporting production, repair, development, and MRO requirements Receive, inspect, count, package, locate, and properly store materials and parts Perform material delivery and kit-pulling activities for production and repair operations Stock and replenish materials throughout the facility Process incoming hardware and prioritize daily receiving activities Maintain accurate inventory records and part locations Use computer systems and internal business applications to complete logistics and inventory transactions Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss Frequently lift, bend, move, and process hardware and materials Utilize cranes, lift carts, and other material-handling equipment when required for heavy items Communicate with shop leads and repair operations to ensure daily production and material targets are met Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Production, and Repair teams Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures Answer incoming calls and coordinate communications with employees and associates on the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and work area Perform other logistics, warehouse, and material handling duties as assigned Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in material handling, logistics, warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or a related field High school diploma or GED preferred Valid New York State Driver's License required Strong basic computer skills and computer proficiency Ability to learn and use internal inventory, logistics, warehouse, or ERP systems Ability to understand and follow verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions in English Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to safely lift, bend, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team Preferred Experience Aerospace manufacturing experience Stockroom or inventory control experience Shipping and receiving Material handling Warehouse operations Parts receiving and inspection Kit pulling / kitting MRO materials ERP or inventory management systems SAP or similar logistics software Manufacturing or production environment Experience with cranes, lift carts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment Schedule & Compensation 3rd
