We are seeking well-rounded skilled Carpenter Site Superintendent to add to our team. This position is full-time work with company benefits. Applicants to this position must have experience overseeing projects by leading subcontractors and construction workers. We encourage potential qualified candidates from the Columbia and Greene Counties to apply for this position. We require all of our employees to have a Valid NYS Driver's license, reliable transportation, truck and tools. Applicants should have the ability to work well with others and work on your own to complete projects. Ability to coordinate and schedule work, utilities and subcontractor work efficiently. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction site management. Experienced & knowledgeable in construction means and methods for concrete, framing, siding, roofing, window & door installation, drywall, installation of various flooring types, cabinetry and trim are highly desired. Pay:

$35.00 - $49.00 per hour
