Experience Range:
5-10 years in construction management or related field What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing day-to-day site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation across active construction projects Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations Coordinating with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines Monitoring project budgets, tracking costs, and reporting variances to project leadership Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining accurate project documentation Managing stakeholder communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams Leading and mentoring field personnel to maintain productivity and safety standards Identifying and resolving project constraints and delays in real time What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of hands-on construction management experience Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance, and project scheduling Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs on active projects Experience coordinating with multiple trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have
PMP, OSHA
