The Clinical Success Director is a strategic clinical leader responsible for fostering long-term customer success by building executive relationships, providing clinical expertise, and developing data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with healthcare system leaders to demonstrate value and ensure customer retention. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance clinical services and develop clinical support materials. Establish and maintain relationships with key clinical groups and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and develop strategic clinical plans, including annual reviews and SWOT analyses. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to align efforts. Remain current with industry trends and competitive landscape. Ensure fiscal responsibility and resource management.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree and active RN license. 12+ years of clinical or healthcare industry experience, with 6+ years in people management. Advanced clinical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to influence decision-making. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.Additional Information:
The role involves independent work, mentoring, collaboration with various stakeholders, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
