What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads, showcasing our Exterior remodeling products as well as selling Dormers, Additions, & Extensions. Understand, calculate, and explain costs effectively to close deals. Deliver professional sales presentations to decision-makers. Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow a proven sales process to ensure high close rates. Use a tablet device and technology for on-the-spot estimates and contracts.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience:

Proven track record in residential construction sales (exterior products a plus).

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and close confidently.

Energetic & Driven:

A natural go-getter who thrives on closing deals.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Availability:

Flexible to meet clients in their homes, including some evenings and weekends.

Vehicle:

Reliable transportation with room for samples.
