Position Overview We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home visits across all NYC boroughs. As a Fee-for-Service Registered Nurse , you will play a vital role in patient care, assessments, and care coordination—helping clients live safely and comfortably in their homes. Compensation (Per Diem Rates)

Initial Assessment Visit:

$130

Reassessment Visit:

$100

Resumption of Care Visit:

$100

Supervisory Visit:
