We are seeking a full-time, in-person Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations, manage multiple trades, and help keep renovation projects moving efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, professional, highly familiar with construction trades, and strong in communication with a fast follow-through.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate trades on-site Oversee the construction process and daily project progress Coordinate carpentry, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades Communicate with ownership, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors Track schedules, materials, punch lists, and project details Ensure jobsite standards, quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained

Requirements:

5+ years of construction experience Strong knowledge of carpentry, interior finishes, and renovation work Familiar with construction sequencing, trade coordination, and punch-list completion Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and fast follow-through Able to work full-time, in person Tools and transportation will be provided.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
