Assistant Construction Superintendent for a 50-year old company. Coordinate and direct sub contractors and suppliers on projects for multi-family properties int he Greater Rochester area. PM21
Requirements:
Experience required along with excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Hands on Trades knowledge. Ensure work is complete to required standards. Negotiate material and labor pricing. Benefit package after 90 days of employment Resume required
