Job Description

About the RoleOur Client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Field Superintendent to drive site execution across commercial and multifamily developments in Western New York. In this role, you will lead day-to-day jobsite operations, partner closely with Project Managers, manage trade contractors, and keep projects moving safely, on schedule, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities
    Field Leadership:
    Direct daily jobsite operations, logistics, deliveries, and trade activity.
      Subcontractor Management:
      Coordinate trades and vendors to ensure execution aligns with project specs.
        Schedule & Progress Tracking:
        Monitor milestones and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project cadence.
          Quality & Safety Assurance:
          Enforce strict quality workmanship and maintain safety compliance across all construction phases.
            Project Partnership:
            Collaborate with Project Managers and act as the primary on-site authority and contact.

            Qualifications
            • Proven track record as a Field Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role.
            • Experience in commercial and/or multifamily ground-up construction preferred.
            • Deep knowledge of trades (site work, civil, concrete, foundations, framing, finish work).
            • Strong problem-solving, trade coordination, and autonomous site management abilities.
            • OSHA certifications or relevant safety credentials are a plus.
