High / Urgent Hire Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction activities for large-scale mechanical and plumbing construction projects , including healthcare, laboratory, data center, industrial, institutional, and government projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the estimating team and manage department workload Prepare and review complex mechanical/plumbing estimates and bids Perform quantity takeoffs, labor calculations, cost analysis, and pricing Manage negotiated, design-build, and hard-bid projects Coordinate with Purchasing, BIM, Finance, and Operations Develop subcontractor scopes and solicit vendor pricing Support project budgeting, procurement, and successful estimate-to-project handoff Required Qualifications 10+ years of mechanical/plumbing estimating experience Proven experience estimating $25M+ projects Experience in healthcare, laboratory, data center, industrial, or institutional construction Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and MEP construction Experience with design-build, negotiated, and hard-bid delivery Strong understanding of cost controls, labor, contracts, bonding, insurance, and procurement Estimating software and BIM experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
