Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of home remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution Supervise and mentor crew members, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout each project Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans Manage construction estimating processes to develop accurate project budgets and timelines Oversee construction inspection activities to ensure compliance with building codes and client specifications Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project documentation and communication Perform or supervise tasks involving plumbing, electrical work, framing carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, masonry, stucco application, concrete finishing, welding, fabrication, glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, painting, caulking, trim carpentry, heavy equipment operation and restoration work Coordinate with clients to communicate progress updates and address any project adjustments or concerns Ensure all worksite safety standards are rigorously followed and maintained Experience Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry and general contracting Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Skilled in operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively on various construction sites Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and building code compliance Experience working with heavy equipment operation is a plus Strong understanding of diverse trades including plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, drywall finishing and flooring installation Ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety standards This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional home transformation experiences.
