Job Description Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure timelines and project goals are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain efficient workflows. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
