Job Description

A local GC is looking for traveling multifamily Supers ESOP, Weekly travel stipend, Bonus, PTO, 401k, Healthcare About Our Client A company in the property industry based in upstate NY, specializing in construction projects multifamily and commercial. Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Oversee the quality control process to ensure construction standards are met or exceeded. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively. Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment allocation. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Senior Superintendent should have: Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on site supervision. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in construction. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in busy environments. Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams. Willingness to travel as required by project locations. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $137,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits, including an ESOP and 401(k) plan. Generous paid time off (PTO).
