Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, including OSHA standards and federal construction safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety at all times. Utilize construction management software. Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets project standards and specifications. Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while managing potential delays or issues proactively. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to maintain compliance and manage project scope effectively. Lead crew management efforts by supervising onsite personnel, providing guidance on technical tasks such as interpreting technical drawings. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction management principles including scheduling, budgeting, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality control processes. Proficiency with construction management software. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Ability to multi-task.
