Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in human services.•Valid NYS Driver's License required. This position also requires the capacity to support people's physical management needs, and the ability to lift in excess of fifty pounds. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Program Director to oversee the administration, quality, and delivery of Family and Community Supports within an assigned region. This leadership role is responsible for managing the operations of the residential program within the region. The Coordinator builds and develops a high-performing workforce by supervising Program Managers, Operations Managers, and Self-Advocates, ensuring strong performance, effective training, and adherence to agency and OPWDD standards. This position oversees program operations, budgets, compliance, and survey readiness while promoting person-centered practices and integrating CQL principles into service delivery. The Regional Program Coordinator collaborates across departments, participates in agency committees, leads quality improvement efforts, and ensures timely reporting of incidents, audits, and regulatory requirements. This full-time role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster cohesive teams while maintaining high standards of service and regulatory compliance.
