Weeks Grp is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project. This position requires an experienced, hands-on professional who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, anticipate project risks, and maintain accountability across schedule, cost, design, and construction activities. The selected candidate must be available to work on-site a minimum of four days per week. Key Responsibilities Lead construction management and owner-representation activities Coordinate with clients, contractors, design consultants, and other project stakeholders Review and monitor schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and long-lead materials Manage project risks, milestones, critical decisions, and action items Review change orders, pay applications, forecasts, and cost reports Support design coordination and design-build delivery Lead project meetings and provide clear, timely status reports Identify schedule, budget, quality, and procurement concerns Drive issues through resolution and maintain accurate documentation Build productive relationships while holding project partners accountable Required Qualifications At least 10 years of large-scale commercial construction project management experience Direct data center construction experience Experience with design-build projects and design management Strong knowledge of project scheduling, procurement, cost control, and change management Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple critical priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with limited oversight Availability to work on-site at least four days per week Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, highly accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable making progress in situations where information may be incomplete. This person builds trust across teams, communicates concerns early, and consistently follows through on commitments.

$180,000.00
