In search of Part-time Silver Sneakers Exercise Instructor who can teach at the Meyers Lake YMCA Starting rate $11.00 - $16.00 Qualifications Willing to specialize in the Senior population, training provided Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency Able to teach multiple formats, preferred Responsibilities include but not limited to Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants Serve as a good role model Communicate with team members Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
