Join Our Team in Cincinnati, OH - Lead Production Support Role We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Lead in Production Support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth implementation and post-go-live support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at our manufacturing site. You will act as a key coordination point among site users, Global MES teams, IT, Infrastructure, ERP, offshore development teams, vendors, and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from project start through steady-state support.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, site IT, and other key stakeholders.
Track and manage site-level MES actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness items.
Support business process reengineering and align site processes with core MES templates.
Manage site-level MES governance, including priorities, open issues, and support readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
Deep knowledge of MES platforms; experience with Rockwell MES is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferences
Knowledge of Werum Client-X, Siemens Opcenter, or other MES applications.
Understanding of MES integration with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, and shopfloor devices.
