Job Description Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring targets are met. Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and address any issues. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Background in K-12, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or healthcare construction Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management Proven ability to lead teams and build client relationships Degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent field experience What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from $125.000 to $150.000 USD + 15% bonus. Work on major projects including schools, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and public venues 3-4 weeks
