Job Description Responsibilities Include:
Manage day-to-day field operations for industrial construction projects. Lead subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, and project teams on-site. Develop and maintain project schedules while driving production and milestone completion. Coordinate all site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Enforce safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture across all phases of construction. Conduct daily coordination meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Monitor quality control efforts and ensure work is installed according to project specifications. Identify and resolve field challenges, constructability issues, and logistical constraints. Partner closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and client representatives. Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment utilization. Support project planning efforts during preconstruction and project startup. Maintain project documentation, field reports, inspections, and punch list activities. Drive successful project turnover and client satisfaction. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent. Experience managing industrial construction projects , manufacturing facilities, process plants, distribution centers, energy facilities, or other technically complex construction work. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods. Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams successfully. Experience managing project schedules and coordinating multiple trades. Demonstrated commitment to construction safety and jobsite leadership. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Stable employment history and a track record of successful project delivery.
