Spot On Roofing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential roofing, siding, and windows projects, with a primary focus on capturing detailed before-and-after photos of every job. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear communication with clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Capture clear, detailed before-and-after photos of all roofing, siding, and windows projects. Oversee and manage roofing, siding, and windows projects from start to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. Resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly. Track project progress and report updates to management. Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.

Requirements:

Must have experience in roofing, siding, and windows project management. Strong attention to detail, especially in photo documentation. Proficiency in using a smartphone or camera for high-quality photos. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
