Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Direct, control, and monitor the daily work activities of construction workers and team members.
Project Oversight:
Manage project schedules, expenditures, and budgets while ensuring all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies are available.
Collaboration:
Act as a central liaison working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, inspectors, and contractors.
Quality & Safety:
Inspect all sites to enforce strict quality standards and ensure the safety and security of the construction site.
Communication:
Maintain effective progress updates and communication with clients, managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00
PM Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Leadership & Teamwork:
Natural leadership abilities, professional presence, self-confidence, and a team-player attitude.
Execution:
Highly detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated, and able to initiate and execute tasks accurately.
Task Management:
