10:15 PM - 7:15 AM Snider-Blake is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for an On-Site Manager position at our client location in Groveport, OH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and customer service skills. Snider-Blake has been providing temporary staffing services since 1952 and is a recognized leader in the staffing industry. We proudly operate 13 offices throughout Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Conduct employee orientations and onboarding Provide safety training and enforce workplace policies Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records Coach and support employees regarding workplace concerns Assist with payroll and deduction inquiries Recruit, interview, and screen candidates Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings and background checks Communicate with supervisors and client leadership teams Manage employee records and staffing software databases Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients Perform general office and administrative duties Address employee concerns and assist with problem resolution Answer questions related to payroll, direct deposit, benefits, scheduling, and policies Qualifications Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to interact professionally with clients and employees at all levels Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days 15 PTO days during the first year Additional paid day off for your birthday!
