A Residential Construction Manager manages residential construction projects from project planning through completion. Manages project budget and schedule; works closely with architects, engineers, trades workers, and clients; supervises construction on site and manages subcontractors; coordinates permits and regulatory compliance as needed for projects.

A homeowner calling about windows may also need siding. A roofing customer may need additional exterior improvements. Someone considering a deck may also want an awning or pergola. More solutions. You'll be expected to: Meet with homeowners and build trust Identify their needs, priorities and budget Accurately measure residential projects Recommend solutions and prepare/present estimates Explain product options and value Handle questions and objections professionally Ask for the sale Follow up consistently with unsold estimates Reconnect with previous customers Manage your sales pipeline and keep opportunities moving Communicate professionally by phone, text, email and in person
IF YOU'VE SOLD HOME IMPROVEMENTS, WE WANT TO TALK.
Experience selling or estimating windows, roofing, siding, doors, remodeling, decks, sunrooms, HVAC, solar, flooring, construction or other in-home services may translate extremely well. Residential construction knowledge and the ability to measure projects in the field are strongly preferred. You don't have to know every ABC product on Day One. We can teach products. It's much harder to teach drive, follow-up, professionalism and the desire to win.
HOW HUNGRY ARE YOU?

Potential annual earnings:
$60,000-$150,000+ depending on performance. Compensation structure and other employment considerations are open for discussion based on experience and what you can bring to the team.
