Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Superintendent to grow and develop with their resources and expertise into a General Superintendent role. Job Description The Superintendent Will be Required to: Manage all aspects of site construction from project start to punch list completion
  • Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and/or Interns as assigned
  • Document and ensure quality control and safety standards to provide a safe work environment for all parties.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Document all job site activity via daily reports including photographs.
  • Maintain a working relationship with all local inspectors and code enforcement officials.
  • Obtain all necessary inspections in order to receive all final permit sign offs/certificates of occupancy.

The Successful Applicant The Ideal Superintendent Will have: Ground up experience with K-12 or Higher Education projects. Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, Mixed-use, experience a plus Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, highly organized, motivator, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses and provide training to enhance personnel, disciplined and organized thinker, Excellent teaching and mentoring skills Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
