Known for their commitment to craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and quality execution, they continue to experience steady growth and maintain a robust pipeline of projects. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities for custom home and residential addition projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all local building regulations. Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and homeowners. Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays. Manage material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards and client expectations. The Successful Applicant Successful Candidate 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within residential construction. Proven experience managing custom single-family ground-up projects and residential additions. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working directly with homeowners and maintaining strong client relationships. Proficient with construction management software and digital reporting tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Jersey Shore region.
