Job Description

We are looking for an On-site property manager for a mix use residential/commercial building. The residential side is a OHCS/EB property, knowledge of HUD/LIHTC, section 8 rentals and paperwork are required. Duties include but not limited to: Issue monthly invoices Collect and deposit rents Read water and electric meters follow-up with tenants on unpaid balances Generate leases and oversee move-ins and move-outs Oversee routine maintenance/minor repairs Advertise/show available spaces Arrange for and oversee service vendors Proficient with Microsoft software/email (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Walking the building daily and noting issues throughout Respond to tenants, owners, vendors and sterling staff in a timely manner
