Job Description
Job Type:
Full-time, Jobsite Lead oversees daily field operations, ensuring construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and up to quality standards. This role balances hands-on work with crew supervision, material coordination, and progress reporting.Key Responsibilities Supervision:
Direct daily activities for the field crew and coordinate onsite subcontractors.Scheduling:
Track project milestones and adjust daily tasks to meet deadlines.Quality Control:
Read blueprints, verify work accuracy, and resolve technical issues on-site.Logistics:
Order materials, manage tool inventory, and schedule equipment deliveries.Reporting:
Maintain daily logs, track crew hours, and update the Project Manager.Safety:
Enforce OSHA compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a hazard-free jobsite.Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years of commercial or residential construction experience.Leadership:
Minimum 1 year of experience leading a crew or managing subcontractors.Technical Skills:
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Certifications:
OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification preferred.Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.Drivers License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Languages:
