Responsibilities Lead site operations from startup to closeout Coordinate multiple trades across complex scopes Drive meaningful three-week lookaheads Maintain accurate RFIs, ASIs, daily logs, and change tracking Enforce safety and quality standards Required Experience 5+ years as a commercial superintendent Direct leadership of $2M-$15M projects Strong plan-reading and scheduling discipline Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively OSHA 10 Highly Valued VA hospital or federal project experience Medical / healthcare facility construction Regulated or secure environment work OSHA 30

Compensation:
