Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines. The ideal candidate will have construction site experience and a strong ability to lead teams effectively. The hourly rate for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor safety protocols and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment Inspect work progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly to prevent delays Manage construction schedules, resources, and personnel to meet project deadlines Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed Experience Proven construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety standards Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a construction environment is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans is advantageous Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential This role offers an opportunity for experienced professionals to lead impactful projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $83,490.37 per year
