Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction initiatives, oversee project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project teams including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Oversee construction site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Review construction plans, blueprints (Blueprint reading), and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and clarity. Monitor project budgets closely using Construction budget management tools; control costs through effective cost management strategies. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve issues promptly. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools. Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with strong leadership skills. Deep understanding of construction scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (Construction regulatory compliance), and contract administration (Contracts). Skilled in reading construction plans (Blueprint reading) and interpreting technical drawings for complex infrastructure projects. Experience managing construction estimates (Construction estimating) and project costs (Cost management). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects with a focus on project leadership and delivery excellence.
